I’m honoured to tell you that I’ll be speaking in Oslo this year! I’ve seen this wonderful city on TV and travelled past it on my way to Hamar for a number of speedskating events. This will be the first time I’ll get to visit the city itself.
The agenda is brimming with excellent sessions and it’s really hard to pick. If you join me, I’ll take you on a journey through the different Azure SQL database tiers and SKU’s to make some sense of them.
Whichever session you choose, don’t feel bad to walk out if you find out it’s not for you. You’re there to learn stuff for you.
I hope to see you there, in my session or in the hallway!
Reitse began his computer days with GW Basic and quickly followed with Windows 3.11. After that many computers followed and, interrupted by human resource and psychology studies, he got into the IT work field around 2007. There he met Oracle 9. With a command line from 1980. At his current job he met SQL Server. And loved it. Now he’s working with SQL 2008 to SQL 2019 on-premises and a number of Azure SQL Databases, supporting customers and tuning databases. New projects focus more on the Azure data platform as an architect, security advisor and data engineer.
